With over 10 years of experience in conflict transformation, facilitating collaborative processes, and organizational development, as well as non-profit administration, communication skill building and training, and professional/life coaching, I love helping individuals and groups move beyond the challenges of “either/or” and into the creative possibilities of “both/and.” I’m a Certified Trainer in Nonviolent Communication, as well as a certified mediator and professional coach, and have been studying restorative systems and practices for over 15 years. I have been working with Convergent Facilitation for almost 5 years, and I’m currently a Lead Facilitator with Ag Innovations, a nonprofit focused on collaborative problem solving in the areas of water stewardship, fire resiliency, food systems, and agricultural viability. I’m known for my warm yet competent style, my ability to track big picture vision alongside minute details, and my passion for creating spaces where efficiency is as highly valued as connection, and where everyone leaves feeling trust in each other and the process.
